• Session Confirmation
  Your photoshoot is officially confirmed once a non-refundable deposit has been made. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session and can be paid via bank transfer or cash
• Editing Process & Payment
  Editing will begin once the full payment for your selected package has been received. This payment is expected on the day of the session.
• Model Release Form
  You may be asked to sign a Model Release Form. This allows the results of our session or behind-the-scenes footage to be shared on platforms such as our website, Instagram, or Facebook for promotional purposes.
• Delivery of Edited Images
  You will receive the retouched images within 21 days of payment confirmation, although I will strive to deliver them within approximately two weeks. The final images, carefully selected by the photographer, will be available for viewing in your private online gallery from the comfort of your home.
• Image Policy
  Please note that RAW (unedited) files will not be provided under any circumstances. The selected digital images will be delivered via WeTransfer or, if preferred, through Dropbox, FilesFM, or Google Drive. Clients are advised to download and save the images immediately on multiple devices to prevent data loss. Any prints included in your package will be sent via post or can be collected in person if preferred.
• Late Arrival Policy
  If you arrive late, the time will be deducted from your scheduled session. The full session time is essential to ensure the best results, including more setups and opportunities for creativity. Please respect the photographer's schedule and other clients' time. If you are more than 40 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be cancelled, and the session fee will not be refunded.
• Editing Style & Props
  Please familiarize yourself with my editing style by viewing my portfolio. Most props showcased on the website are available for use in the studio. I am happy to discuss your preferences and encourage you to share screenshots of ideas you love. Whether you prefer a mix of quirky shots or timeless family portraits, the session can be tailored to your vision. Of course, we'll let your baby take the lead - they're the true boss!

NEWBORN SESSION:

Our baby-led sessions ensure your little one is the star - your baby calls the shots! Each session is designed with plenty of time for feeding, settling, and soothing, so please reserve 1h (up 1,5h) for your mini photoshoot or up to 3 hours for the full-length photoshoot. To capture those dreamy, sleepy poses, newborns are best photographed within the first 2 weeks-3 weeks, ideally between 4-12 days old. After this period, it may be harder to achieve those peaceful shots.

• Sessions take place in my cosy, private, newborn-focused home (garden) studio in Broughton (Chester) with free parking right outside.
• If bottle feeding, bring extra bottles- babies tend to need more nutrition during sessions.
• A wide range of adorable props (accessories, outfits, tiny furniture etc) is available, but if you prefer a prop-free session, we'll tailor it to your taste
• The studio will be kept warm to keep your baby comfortable and sleepy.
• Family portraits are included, so please arrive camera-ready! Sibling shots are also welcome at no extra charge. However, parents are responsible for keeping older siblings entertained during the session.

Pregnancy is such a special and exciting time ' it's over in the blink of an eye! Between all the prep for your little one's arrival, why not take a moment just for you? A maternity photoshoot is the perfect way to relax, have fun, and capture the beauty of this amazing chapter in your life. You can book your session at any stage of your pregnancy, but I recommend around 34 weeks when your bump is beautifully rounded. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident!

• Where It Happens: Most sessions are in my cosy studio in Broughton, but if you've been dreaming of an outdoor shoot nearby, let's chat and make it happen.
• Tailored to You: We'll plan everything to match your style. We'll talk about what you like, go over ideas, and make sure it feels just right before jumping into the 2-hour session.
• Bring the Fam: Want to include your partner, older kids, or even your pet? Absolutely! This is your moment to create memories with your loved ones before your little one arrives.

• Your Faves: Pack at least three outfits that make you feel amazing - clothes that show off your confidence and personality.
• Studio Options: I've got a great selection of gorgeous maternity dresses you can use at no extra cost, so no need to stress about wardrobe! Just don't forget black, white, and nude lingerie to go with them.
• Personal Touches: Bring along the baby's scan photo, tiny shoes, their first toy, or anything else special to you - we'll make sure it's part of your story.

After the Shoot:
Once we're done, I'll pick out the best shots, and you'll get to choose your favourites from a private, password-protected online gallery. Editing takes up to three weeks, but I promise the results will be worth it! Let's make this an experience you'll never forget and capture memories you'll treasure forever. IT'S MORE THAN JUST A 'CAKE SMASH' SESSION

A birthday session at my studio is a full-on celebration, not just a simple cake smash! While we'll start with adorable cake smash photos, that's just the beginning of the fun. Here's what a typical birthday session includes:

• Cake Smash Fun: Your baby gets to enjoy (or explore) their cake for some delightful, messy moments.
• Bathtub Photos: A quick clean-up turns into more photo magic with sweet bathtub shots.
• Family Portraits: Timeless photos with loved ones to mark this special milestone.
• Playful Props (optional): Apart from classy, plain portraits, we can take advantage of my big collection of props - like a mini piano, tiny couch, vintage pram, piano, planes, cars, or even Cinderella's carriage or boxing ring if you wish! In this fun environment, your baby will play, cheerfully explore and create priceless memories without even knowing.

To avoid any allergy or intolerance concerns, I don't provide real cakes. You're welcome to bring your own cake for the smash, or if you'd rather avoid the mess, I have spectacularly realistic fake cakes you can use instead.

• Approx. 3 outfit changes for your baby
• Cake (optional)
• Drinking water and finger snacks, nappies
• Any personal items or props you'd like to include (optional)

The session usually lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, with plenty of time for multiple setups, depending on what your little boss is up for! (Yes, your baby is the boss here!). Please, be prepared for some family portraits- yes! These are also included. Isn't it great?!

• All Ages Welcome: I'm experienced working with children of all ages, so no matter how big or small, we'll make it a day to remember. I don't want to brag, but I'm exceptionally great with children of any age - whether they're shy, playful, or somewhere in between. My goal is to make every child feel comfortable and happy, ensuring the best experience.

During your home session, we'll create timeless portraits of your baby/children, capture beautiful family moments with parents, and incorporate a variety of photo props to match your style.

• Pre-Arrival Consultation: We'll plan every detail of your session in advance.
• Equipment Transfer & Travel: Use of studio lamps and backgrounds (if required), selection of photo props, travel time and costs within 50 miles of CH4 0FQ.
• Professional Photoshoot: I'm a photographer with over 12 years of hands-on experience and public liability insurance, here for you to enjoy a hustle-free session in your home, giving plenty of time to capture those perfect shots.
• Post-Production: Expert editing to ensure flawless final images. The results will be ready within 2 maximum 3 weeks.
• Package Delivery: Receive your chosen package via digital transfer and/or post.
